Helena Jornet: "Each home has its buyer"

Helena Jornet and Lluïsa Martínez, co-director of TV Costa Brava, had a pleasant and entertaining conversation last week through videoconference in the Resilients program, where they discussed topics as the impact of the lockdown in the real estate sector and how we have managed in Helena Jornet Finques, the need to constantly reinvent ourself, the attractions of our loved Costa Brava and Helena's professional career.

Helena explained that "our priority is the health and well-being of our team and our clients", so we decided to preventively close our offices before the state of alarm was decreed and we began to work from home trying to manage the situation and offering our services in the best possible way. Our proposal was to listen to everyone, mediate and instill calm to our clients, always trying to provide facilities for all of us to adapt to the evolution of the virus.

This has been and still is a global health and socioeconomic crisis, but both Lluïsa and Helena have agreed that we are lucky to have a treasure, a paradise, our Costa Brava, which attracts people from all over the world thanks to the symbiosis of lifestyle, weather, gastronomy, nature, waters and mountains and charming towns with their markets or ports. We have prepared ourselves to be able to welcome our clients and our visitors again with all the guarantees as the restrictive measures of lockdown are made more flexible.

Helena landed in the real estate sector 30 years ago and since then, she has not stopped offering her services, putting all her enthusiasm, professionalism and passion in everything she does. And thanks to this and her team, without which, as she herself points out, nothing would be possible, at the end of last year we received the recognition of the International Property Awards with the five-star award for best real estate agency in marketing Spain and one of the three best in the entire European continent.

We come from a very good year 2019 and a very promising start to 2020 and we foresee that, after this stop, it will continue to be so, since despite everything, customers continue to have their projects and their hopes. Each home has its buyer, and as Lluïsa has very well concluded, this confinement has been a time to ask many questions and, what is very clear is that we will sing to the whole world that the answer to "how do I want to live?" and "where I want to live?" is that the best place is on the Costa Brava, and Helena Jornet Finques will find the home of your dreams.
