What services do we offer as community administrators?

Our services include comprehensive community administration. We take care of the management and control of community expenses, the preparation of receipts and the management of collections, the calling and moderation of General Assemblies and the drafting and registration of minutes.

We take care of resolving incidents and offer advice on contracting and monitoring maintenance services, insurance, rehabilitation, cleaning, etc. At the same time, we travel to the community to monitor the work assigned to the contracted staff. We also offer advice on legal and technical issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the community.

How do we manage accidents and incidents?

We act honestly, agilely and proactively, quickly contacting the necessary industrialists, supervising repairs and ensuring that they are resolved effectively and efficiently. We inform the Insurance company of incidents and claims so that they assume the costs whenever relevant.

We manage the annual accounting and present it in a transparent, clear and understandable way. We make accounts, invoices and bank statements available to the owners. We use digital tools that allow you to consult balance sheets, income and expenses at any time. Our priority is to guarantee clear economic management without surprises.

How do we convene and manage community assemblies?

We prepare the notices according to current regulations and send all the necessary documentation in advance to ensure that the relevant decisions can be made. We provide all the necessary documentation to be able to resolve the doubts of the owners. We moderate the assemblies with a dialogical and mediating attitude to ensure that they develop in an orderly manner and we carefully record the agreements in the minutes.

How do we avoid default in the community?

We have specific protocols to manage non-payments quickly and efficiently. We negotiate directly with the debtor to find a solution for the payment of outstanding installments in an agreed and definitive way. If necessary, we initiate legal action to protect the interests of the community and guarantee collection before the debt is time-barred.
