This property, also known as Casa de les Punxes, is a modernist icon of the area. It was built in 1912 and it was done by the architect Josep Goday.
It has a built area of 348 m2 inside of a 4.800 m2 plot of land. It has two main structures, one of them represents the main facade with nine towers in front of Sant Pol's beach.
These towers represent each son of the old owner of the property, who built them as a commemoration for each one of them.
The access to the property is through a lateral entrance that leads to the garden.
Its location is very unique, as it is located on the very first line of Sant Pol's beach in S'Agaró.
