We take care of the entire rental administration process: from marketing to contract formalization and continuing with collection management, incident resolution and legal advice. We take care of everything so that you don't have to worry about anything and are regularly informed of everything.

How do we avoid defaulting on the rentals we manage?

The selection of tenants is key to guaranteeing a safe rental and avoiding future problems. However, if the tenants still do not pay their monthly payments, we have designed protocols to manage default: we negotiate directly with the tenants to reach an agreement and, if necessary, we advise you on taking legal action to recover the outstanding monthly payments.

If you prefer to rent with more guarantees and security, we can also advise you on taking out non-payment insurance.

Communication with tenants is always through us because tenants will never have your contact details, unless you ask us otherwise. Therefore, whenever there is an incident or it is necessary to carry out some repair or maintenance of your property, we will communicate it to you, and we will do so by accompanying the problems with solutions in order to save you headaches.

Our lease agreement model already establishes in the clauses which repairs and maintenance correspond to each party according to the origin and typology of the incidents. In this way, we avoid conflicts and manage all incidents, repairs and maintenance. We coordinate repairs with trusted professionals, but we always consult with you before making important decisions, respecting your budget and preferences.
