Historical, architectural and artistic farmhouse.

Characteristics:

It has recovered the original layout.

In front of the house (south side) stone door bears the date of 1627. The north facade is considered above.

Inside, the dining room there are elements prior to the seventeenth century, probably as a great arc of the fourteenth century. Next door is an old bakery with perfect condition. In the same room there is a corner stone exterior that matches another are considered remnants of an old medieval tower. The fireplace hall reproduces the original that this was the same place. The fund is iron eighteenth century.

A new staircase that rises to the top floor be reproduced volume, ending in a skylight in the ceiling, similar to the old tower.

The other scale (main hall) is the original house and there is a “ espillarà” (hole prepared to defend themselves with guns of bandits and harassment of war).

The outer walls and most of the interior is original, made of stone and clay mortar and an amplitude that determines some ancient times (some 75 cm. Deep).

All stones that frame the doors are original to the house and show a house that was important.

In the numerous windows have been preserved ancient stones. Most bars are too.

All stone walls inside are of the time.

The roof is typically Catalan (beams, planks, tiles and shingles) and is original and enhanced.

On the roof of one of the bathrooms on the top floor there are two tiles with the date 1741 (surely it is an extension).

On the roof of the upper floor there is a tile with a date from the nineteenth century with the name "Llambí" (the former owner), which probably corresponds to a major repair. The windows have been retained benches (stones to sit at the bottom of the window). The sink in the room has been respected. The outflow was done through a hole in a stone that was clearly visible on the facade. It also preserves the old “espillarà” defense under the window. It also assessed the central beam of considerable dimensions.

The stone wall of the porch is old as well.

Outside the south facade, under the tiles are tiles with signs and symbols curious formerly used to put the paddles to know who had done.

In front of the house (where the outdoor terrace overlooking the garden) are passing the old medieval road to Sant Feliu de Girona, and could be considered for the position, it was an ancient stop slugs.
