A new architectural concept in a unique natural enclave designed by the architect Gerard Oliver, based in Barcelona, Pineda Villa 17 is located in the La Pineda residential area. Facing the 8th hole of the Stadium Course, the villa has been created around two unique concepts: the experience of the surroundings and noble materials. The views and the impressive background of the Montseny Massif can be fully enjoyed from the moment of your arrival. A porch allows two vehicles to be parked. The main entrance on the first floor reveals the living room on the lower floor through an interior patio, creating the feeling of space and connectivity with the outside.

Once on the ground floor, the L-shaped villa takes advantage of the splendid views, connecting the interior with the exterior through a floor of gray tiles that go from the living room to the 500m2 garden and its overflowing pool. The views can be enjoyed from the Bulthaup design kitchen open to the living room, while the large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the natural surroundings and sun exposure in every corner of the villa, including the two guest rooms of the ground floor.
