Administration, secretarial and accounting

We are currently looking for a person to take on administrative, secretarial and accounting tasks in the Sant Feliu de Guíxols office.

Responsibilities :

  • Control of expenses and income of homeowners' communities based on bank statements and invoices.
  • Control and management of delinquency.
  • Preparation and presentation of forms 111 and 347, among others.
  • Customer and industrial service.
  • Support in the reception, management and resolution of incidents.
  • Processing of changes in supply owner.
  • Support in the administration and control of second homes.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Advanced proficiency in Catalan is essential. Proficiency in French and/or English will be considered an advantage.
  • It is essential to feel comfortable with the use of technologies, with a high level of office automation and email and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Know and share the company's values.
